2. Shipping Within India
> Prepaid Orders: We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on all prepaid orders delivered within India.>
> Estimated Delivery Time: Once dispatched, domestic orders are typically delivered within 3-4 business days. You can expect to receive your order within 4-6 business days from the date of purchase.
3. International Shipping
We proudly ship to customers worldwide.
- Shipping Charges: International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the total weight of the shipment.
- Delivery Partners: We partner with trusted international carriers like DHL, FedEx, or Aramex,SRX Economy to ensure reliable and secure delivery.
- Estimated Delivery Time: International orders are generally delivered within 20 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination country's customs clearance process.
- Customs, Duties & Taxes: All applicable customs duties, import taxes, and other clearance-related charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. These fees are levied by the government of the destination country and must be paid by the customer to release the shipment. Rakhi Apparels is not responsible for these charges and has no control over them.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to our courier partner's website. You can use this information to monitor the status and location of your package in real-time.
5. Policy on Delays
While we strive to adhere to our delivery timelines, unforeseen circumstances such as logistical challenges, adverse weather, or delays at customs can occasionally cause delays. We will proactively communicate any significant delays to you via email.
General Terms
> Address Accuracy: To ensure timely delivery, please provide a complete and accurate shipping address with the correct PIN code and a valid contact number. Rakhi Apparels is not liable for delivery delays resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.
> Non-Serviceable Locations: In the event that your shipping location is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will contact you to find an alternative solution or process a full refund.
