Exchange Policy
We are committed to bringing you the scent of Indianness and utmost joy of owning our products and hope you enjoy them as much as we enjoyed crafting them for you.
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we are happy to offer an exchange for items that meet the following conditions: viz. the product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and must have the original tags intact. Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery and can be made for a different size or an alternative style.
exchange time frame will be 10 days from the day we receive the piece which has to be exchanged
Important Note:
Items purchased during SALE events are not eligible for exchange or return.
Return Policy
Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition—unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and with original tags attached. Refunds will be processed and credited via bank transfer and may take up to 20 working days to reflect
We encourage customers to record unboxing videos, as these can be helpful in resolving any issues related to:
· Damaged shipments (customers may refuse such deliveries and should contact our support team immediately)
· Receiving defective or incomplete products

Upon receiving the item, it will undergo a thorough quality check. If the product passes inspection, we will proceed with the return or exchange process.
Note: Each item is eligible for return or exchange only once.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this window, cancellations will not be accepted.
Modifying Order Details
To request changes such as size, shipping address, or contact number, please email us at rakhi@rakhiapparels.com with the subject line:
“Order Number + Revised Information”
We will accommodate such requests only if the order has not yet been shipped.
International Orders – Return & Exchange
For international customers, please report any defects or issues within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Kindly include an unboxing video as part of the claim. Please note that return shipping costs for international orders must be covered by the customer.
